Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

We ship items out as soon as we can. With that being said, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we anticipate a longer lead time, a member of our team will contact you immediately. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

All orders include a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number after your order is processed & dispatched.

 

General Information

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a note will be left explaining where and how to collect your order. We advise once you have been notified about attempted delivery. Follow up immediately with your local post office to avoid having your product sent back to us.

 

Please note: Dalanda Hair is not responsible for the wrong address provided by the customer. To prevent delay in product shipment, please make sure that the address provided is accurate and safe for delivery.

Shipping Method Explanation

Expedited (Next Day)

  • Deliver the next business day after an order has been shipped. A product that is ordered today before 1:00PM will be delivered tomorrow by the end of the day.

 

Saturday Delivery

  • Delivery by the end of Saturday after an order has been shipped. A product that is ordered Friday before 1:00PM will be delivered Saturday by the end of the day.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please keep in mind that sometimes packages can be held at customs. If on the occasion that it does get held, please allow a few days if the packet is held.

 

*Dalanda Hair is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. All fees incurred after or during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. With that being said, returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. Due to health reasons, we do not accept open products. To return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

To process a return, please contact us at 790-250-6813 or email us at extensions@dalandahair.co.uk. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any products back to us.

Note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend being careful with your purchase as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

The cost involved in returning an item to Dalanda Hair will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer responsibility. Dalanda Hair will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.

Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

If you purchase arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately at extensions@dalandahair.co.uk with a description and image of the damage. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer an exchange or a refund on your original method of payment. Please be aware we only offer an exchange for defect or wrongfully sent items.
